Airtime top-ups are final and non-refundable once delivered or submitted for delivery.

If a payment error occurs (e.g., duplicate charge without delivery), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will review on a case-by-case basis and may issue a remedy at our sole discretion if appropriate.
